thats one way of looking at it...the other way is that M&M have just bought off Ssanyong..which is why all of a sudden they are introducing an array of new vehicles in the market, i guess after discovering the costs involved with new ground up vehicles like the scorpio/xylo which share the same platform..M&M thought it might be easier to just buy off a company, and to an extent they are right..a new product from a company which is primarily known for its off roaders is not something you would call a golden ticket..but they had a golden egg in the form of the scorpio, and they did well with it...maybe they understood how lucky they were with it..!
