[IMG][IMG]Hyundai will soon launch a special edition ‘iTech’ i10 to celebrate more than 12 lakh i10 owners worldwide. On the inside, the special edition i10 will come with red accents on the dashboard, doors and aircon vents, while the seat covers will be red and beige. As seen on the i20 and Verna, the car will also get a reversing camera integrated into the rear view mirror, along with a remote mounted on the steering wheel that controls audio and bluetooth functions.

There are no changes to the exterior except for ‘iTech’ body graphics in places. The special edition will be available only on the 1.1-litre Era and 1.2-litre Magna variants. Prices for this limited edition trim have not been released yet, but we expect it to be around Rs 30,000 – 40,000 more than the existing variant.

Hyundai i10 is a premium hatchback segment model that finds its place between Hyundai Santro and the phased out Hyundai Getz. For the comfort and convenience, Hyundai i10 is availed with i-Relax front seats, front and rear power windows with child lock, AC with heater, 4 speed blowers, internally adjustable ORVMs, and many more. The Hyundai i10 offers top-end safety features like Anti-lock Braking system (ABS), seat belts with pretensioner, dual airbags for the driver and the front passenger, auto-unlocking doors which automatically unlock on sensing an impact and a high-mounted rear stop lamp.

Hyundai Motors India has revealed Hyundai i10 iTech Special Edition couple of weeks ago. But at that moment, Hyundai played a card and kept price tags with it. However, now, the car maker has revealed the special edition prices and it showed that Special Editions don’t necessarily need to be costly and overpriced. Therefore, if you have any plans to bring home the new Hyundai i10 iTech Special Edition model, then don’t put up too much pressure on yourself, as it comes within the price range of Rs. 4.24 lakh to Rs. 4.61 lakh.
