Good topic started by you, Totally agree with your point. But dear I want to mention few more things that to know while buying a car.

    1. First of all you have to decide that which model you want; New year model or old year model and than find the right car.

Determine the ‘True’ Value of the Vehicle - Once you’ve settled on a particular vehicle, you need to determine what it’s really worth.

Buy within your means - The golden rule is that the price of a car should not be more than 60% of your annual take-home income.

Check the History and Condition of the Car - If possible, access different manufacturer websites to research the different vehicles. These websites offer a huge expanse of information and may be more helpful answering your questions than the car salesman would be and try to check out your car review and ratings.

Test drive anything you are interested in and take it on a variety of roads.

    6. Keep on the lookout for special sales or events at different dealer lots. These often times happen around holidays or at the end of a model year.

Hope these points help everyone during buying a car.
