One month after releasing the first official image, Mitsubishi Motors Corporation finally officially unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show the Next Generation 2013 Outlander, which will be launched in Europe this summer and then in Japan and United States. The new Outlander European Spec is powered by a choice of 2 engines. The 2.0-liter MIVEC gasoline engine produces 148 horsepower and 144 lb-ft of torque, the 2.2-liter diesel engine generates 148 horsepower and up to 280 lb-ft of torque. On the inside the new Outlander is covered with high grade premium materials (padded surfaces, soft-touch finish, silver or wood accents, gloss black applique) gracing a dashboard designed for better driver concentration, including ergonomic steering wheel controls as well as high-resolution and easy-to-read instrument displays. Similar in size to the current model, the all-new 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander measures around 183 inches long, 71 inches wide and 66 inches tall. It still can carry 5 or 7 people in comfort and safety.
