The all-new 2013 Lexus ES 350 is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine and the 2013 Lexus ES 300h is powered by a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder Atkinson cycle engine. The Lexus ES 300h hybrid offers four driving modes: Normal, Sport, Eco and EV. The normal mode is suited for everyday driving that provides a mixture of performance and efficiency. Sport mode increases powertrain responsiveness. Eco model favors fuel economy. And EV mode is using only the power from the hybrid battery that is for short distance drives at slow speed. The 2013 Lexus ES 300h is expected to have fuel economy rating of approximately 40 mpg city/highway combined. Both Lexus ES 350 and ES 300h run on 17-inch alloy wheels with standard 215/55R17 low rolling resistance tires, and for the first time, available 18-inch high-gloss alloy wheels.
