    All 2012 Nissan Pathfinder models except LE V8 are powered by a standard 4.0L V6 engine, which produces 266 horsepower and 288 lb-ft of torque. When properly equipped, the V6 has maximum towing capacity of 6,000 pounds. The Nissan Pathfinder LE V8 is powered by a 5.6L V8 engine, which produces 310 horsepower and 388 lb-ft of torque. When properly equipped, the V8 has maximum towing capacity of a full 7,000 pounds. Both engines are backed with a standard electronically controlled 5-speed automatic transmission.

    The 2012 Pathfinder S runs on 16 inch aluminum-alloy wheels with P245/75R16. The Pathfinder SV model runs on 17 inch aluminum-alloy wheels with P265/65R17 tires. Pathfinder Silver models run on 17 inch machine-finished alloy wheels with P265/65R17 tires. The LE models feature 18-inch bright machine-finished aluminum-alloy wheels with P265/60R18 tires.

    i've always preffered nissan off roaders/soft roaders to the established range of suv's, but truly..the one that will always remain my favorite is the patrol 260, 4l v6, an effortless smooth feline..would transform into a raging wildcat with one flex of your right foot..
