The 370Z Coupe and 370Z Coupe Touring are powered by a 3.7L V6 engine which couples with the y-type dual outlet exhaust, generates 332 horsepower at 7,000 RPM and 270 lb.-ft of torque at 5,200 RPM. The engine is backed with 7-speed automatic transmission or 6-speed manual transmission.

The 2012 370Z Coupe rides on 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels with P225/50R18 front and 245/45R18 rear tires. The 370Z with Sport Package rides on 19-inch 5-spoke RAYS light weight forged-alloy wheels with P245/40R19 front / 275/35R19 rear tires. Besides the 19-inch rims, Sport Package also features Nissan Sport Brakes, front chin and rear spoiler.

Safety wise, the 2012 Nissan 370Z is equipped with Nissan Advanced Air Bag System (AABS) which includes driver and front passenger air bags with dual-stage inflation, seat belt sensors and occupant classifications sensor.
