AC smell in fresh air mode

AC smell in fresh air mode

When I put the AC vent in fresh air mode there is a bad smell. There is no such problem .....

AC smell in fresh air mode

When I put the AC vent in fresh air mode there is a bad smell. There is no such problem in circulation mode.
What do i need to do ? The car is swift vdi.
